Condition. Function tested. Sold as is, without warranty. Where a unit is described as function-tested, the test performed is stated; where it is not, no functional guarantee is given. Decontamination confirmed by the previous operator.
Price and VAT. All prices exclude value added tax. Swiss VAT is added for deliveries within Switzerland; exports are exempt against proof of export.
Delivery. Ex works Switzerland. Freight, insurance, import duties and taxes are the buyer's. Packing and loading included. Payment in advance by bank transfer; the unit is reserved on order confirmation.
Export. Some laboratory equipment is subject to Swiss export control. End user and intended use may be required before shipment.
